Bhoomi Trivedi - Indian Bollywood Singer

Bhoomi Trivedi an Indian singer was born in Vadodara, Gujarat, on August 23, 1988. Miss Trivedi comes from a family of musicians. She began studying music when she was in eighth grade. Her father is a vocalist who works for the railways, and her mother is a folk singer with her own group.

In 2007, Trivedi got selected from audition to perform in Indian Idol 3, however, she had to quit the show as she was suffering from jaundice. She was re-auditioned for Indian Idol 4 the following year but had to withdraw due to her aunt’s death.

She returned to the Fifth edition of Indian Idol where she ended up as the Runner-up. Bhoomi made her musical debut with the song “Bahne Dey”. However, the singer rose to fame with the song “Ram Chahe Leela” from the Ranveer Singh – Deepika Padukone starrer “Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela” and the song featured Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The song was applauded by the audience and the critics which led her to win 3 awards and 3 nominations. The singer then went on to sing many songs in Hindi, Gujarati, and Bengali.
